Here of these ingredients, we will prepare our French toasts. Mix milk and eggs, lightly beat with a fork. Add salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Finally, add the vanilla extract and rum. We mix everything thoroughly, lightly whisk. Each slice of the baguette is dipped for a short time in the prepared liquid mixture. Literally a few seconds - otherwise the baguette will get wet, and you can not fry it. Fry the slices of the baguette in a dry frying pan (if it burns heavily - add a little oil) to a crispy golden crust on both sides. Done!
