Initially, cleanse all vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions), cabbage divided into inflorescences (if fresh). All the vegetables are put whole into a saucepan and poured with water. As soon as everything starts to boil - add spices and salt. Cook for about 30 minutes. Once everything is cooked, you need to peel the broth from the vegetables, while keeping the vegetables in a separate plate, we still need them. In the broth, which remained after we cooked the vegetables, put the sea cocktail and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Carrots, cabbage and potatoes, which we left, cut and put on plates (bow toss out).
