Onion clean, and either finely chopped or chopped in a blender. Wash carrots, peel, grate. In the pan, pour olive oil, put the prepared onions and carrots. Fry for a couple of minutes on high heat and 8 minutes on average. At the end, add salt and pepper. Ready-made vegetables should be transferred to a salad bowl and let them cool. Open the can of beans and drain excess liquid. The beans themselves should be transferred to a salad bowl with fried vegetables. Open the jar of mushrooms and drain excess liquid. Put the mushrooms in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese and add to the salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients. In the salad, add the necessary amount of mayonnaise and mix well. Salad ready.
