Fiadone

Cottage cheese lightly beaten with a mixer. Add the flour to the cottage cheese, once again whisk. Adding Ingredients:

• Cottage cheese or ricotta cheese - 450 Grams
• Sugar powder - 150 Grams
• Eggs - 6 pieces
• Lemon peel - 1/2 Teaspoon
• Sol - 1 Pinch
• Flour - 50 Grams
• Butter - 30 Grams

Instructions

Cottage cheese lightly beaten with a mixer. Add the flour to the cottage cheese, once again whisk. Add salt, sugar powder, eggs and lemon zest. Whisk until smooth. The form for baking is greased with butter. Pour the dough into the baking dish. We put in the oven, heated to 190 degrees, and bake for 40 minutes.
