So, a simple recipe: 1. Cook crayfish. In boiling salted water we throw crayfish and cook for 10-15 minutes. 2. After the crayfish cool down, split each in half with a sharp knife. We clean from the innards. 3. Do the marinade. Mix 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, hot sauce, salt, wine and pepper. We spread the crayfish and put it on the refrigerator for 1 hour. 4. While our crabs are marinated, we prepare the filling. Mix biscuits, grated cheese, chopped garlic and dill, olive oil. 5. Turn on the oven so it warms up to 240 degrees. 6. We need a deep form, in which we will bake crayfish. We put halves of crayfish in the form with the opened side upwards and fill with stuffing. 7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. It is better to serve hot to the table. We can say that this is a classic recipe for crayfish with stuffing. However, you can change the ingredients to your taste and desire. Have a good feast!
