Masks for sensitive skin

The choice of a mask for sensitive facial skin should be approached very carefully to avoid unforeseen consequences, since the components from which it consists can cause an allergic reaction.

The mask needs to be washed off with warm water, and after its use it is desirable to apply a nourishing (in some cases, moisturizing) cream.
Egg-based masks
Moisturizing Egg Mask
This mask saturates the skin with moisture and has a soothing effect.
In the beaten egg yolk add vegetable oil (2 tsp), milk (2 tsp), carrot juice (freshly squeezed) (1 tsp), lemon juice (0.5 teaspoon), mix it well and put on face. 15 minutes later, rinse (you can add a decoction of chamomile into the water).
For peeling, irritated skin, you can use a mask with a similar composition (excluding milk), but add starch. The mixture should be slightly heated in a water bath to a temperature of approximately 25 degrees. Apply to flaky skin. After 15 minutes, wipe with a napkin or cotton wool soaked with chamomile broth.
Egg mask for facial skin with the addition of almond oil
Nourishes sensitive skin.
Egg yolk with a teaspoon of tincture of St. John's wort and a teaspoon of almond oil. Apply on face for 20 minutes. After the mask, it is preferable to use a nourishing cream.


Masks with the addition of vitamins
Nourishing mask with vitamins
Enriches the skin with vitamins, has a health-improving effect.
In a fatty nutritious cream (2 tsp) add 20 drops of vitamin A and 10 drops of vitamin E and aloe juice. Mix well.
Apply, easily massaging, for 10 minutes with a soft-nap brush. The mask should remain on the face for another 10 minutes.
Nourishing mask with parsley and vitamin A.
From the crushed leaves of parsley (100 g) squeeze the juice. Add to it a teaspoon of castor oil and vitamin A. Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes.
Seabuckthorn mask
For sensitive skin is still very good such a mask:
Juice from sea-buckthorn (1 tablespoon) mixed with the same amount of honey, egg yolk and add vitamin A. (10 k.) Apply for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Masks from dairy products
Mask of cottage cheese
Very good for sensitive skin. Perfectly refreshing and tonic.
Mix two teaspoons of fresh fat cottage cheese, milk and carrot juice. Apply on face for 20 minutes. Then the mask should be carefully removed with the help of a scapula, wash with warm water and chamomile infusion.
Cleansing mask for sensitive skin
Half a cup oat flakes pour potato (the potatoes should be young) and carrots, after which you need to wait until the mixture is fed. After 15 minutes, drain the juices and add a teaspoon of milk and flour. The mask should be on the face for 15 minutes.

Mask from mayonnaise and tea
Brew strong tea, drain. One teaspoon of mayonnaise and a nutritious cream, gradually adding strained tea (1 tsp).
Face and neck wipe with a cotton pad moistened in warmed milk. First, we overlay one layer of the mask, and in two minutes - the second. After 15 minutes, the mask should be washed off with milk, diluted in water 1: 1.
Mask of berries (moisturizing)
This mask saturates the skin with moisture and vitamins.
Take 1 apricot, a few berries of raspberries and strawberries, 1 teaspoon of cream and rubbed fresh cabbage
Berries need to be grinded and add the rest of the ingredients. Apply to face. After 15 minutes, wash with warm water and then with cold water.
Vegetable Mask
Effective hydration and nourishment for the skin.
Grate beets and cabbage on a fine grater. 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise mixed with 1.5 tablespoons of honey, add beets and cabbage. Apply mask to face for 10 minutes. You can wash off with water or milk.
