Masks from herbs for the face

Two tablespoons of herbs are poured with hot water and stirred until a creamy gruel is formed. We put it on the fire and bring it to a boil, but do not boil it. Leave for a couple of minutes to cool. When our mask is approximately like the body temperature, you can safely put it on your face. Again, do not forget that we clean the face beforehand. The face with a mask can be covered with gauze, and on eyes to put cotton swabs, soaked in warm water or weak tea brew. Now you can relax for 20 minutes, dream and think about the beautiful. If the mask quickly cools, you can use a blue lamp, the usual bulb also fits, set it at a distance of 30 cm.
The recipe for a decoction.
Two or three tablespoons of herbs (you can mix a few herbs) pour cold water, about two glasses. We put on the fire, bring to a boil and languish on low heat for 5 minutes. Filter the broth, and wait until the temperature drops to body temperature. By this time we prepare gauze napkins of this size, so that it would be convenient to lay out on the face. Wet the napkins in the broth and put on the chin, forehead and cheeks. For 10 minutes you can lie down and rest. As soon as the napkins cool down, repeat the procedure, wet and spread on the face, we do so three to four times. After washing your face with warm water. If you have enlarged pores, you can wash with cold water.
Mask against acne.
Calendula perfectly copes with the fight against acne. You should use the tincture of calendula.
We need an enamel or glass bowl, wheat or oatmeal. One tablespoon of tincture of calendula is added to a glass of warm water and poured into a bowl. Add flour and diligently mix to a homogeneous consistency.
The resultant mask is densely layered on the face. We hold for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water, it can be cold, it will narrow the pores.
