Frittata or Italian omelette Frittata - Italian version of an omelette is a unique dish: depending on what you put in it - it can be lunch, dinner or even a wonderful snack during a picnic! The word "frittata" is rooted in the distant past and means something like a mess, a mess. The gesture of turning over frittates, on the contrary, was associated with a change of opinion or point of view. Frittata can be prepared in a variety of ways: with vegetables, mushrooms, adding ham or mozzarella. In any case, she will always make you happy! Bon Appetit!
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Milk 100 ml
- Zucchini 3 pcs.
- Parmesan cheese 30 g
- Breadcrumbs 50g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For cooking, you will need eggs, milk, zucchini, onions, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and olive oil.
- Step 2 Cut the onions finely.
- Step 3 Fry the onions until clear over medium heat.
- Step 4 Add the chopped zucchini and simmer until soft.
- Step 5 Break 2 eggs and add milk. Whisk a little until smooth consistency.
- Step 6 Add the egg mixture zucchini with onions and mix.
- Step 7 Add grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Stir and allow to stand for a couple of minutes, so that the rusks swell.
- Step 8 Lubricate the small frying pan with olive oil.
- Step 9 Pour the whole mixture on the heated pan and fry over medium heat until the edges are roasted, and the middle will become harder. Next, walk with a knife along the edge of the frittata to separate it from the frying pan.
- Step 10 Put a small dish on top. Now you need to flip the frittata. Be careful - the liquid that remains may leak!
- Step 11 Now let it slide into the frying pan, the unprocessed part down.
- Step 12 Fry for a few more minutes on medium heat. Fritatta is ready!
