Message: food and blood type

Recently read the message - the food and blood group are inextricably linked. Four groups of blood - four different characters, including in gastronomic preferences. We are really different. Look, people feel and behave differently, and this is not surprising. Why two people who eat the same thing, one gaining weight, and the other remains slim? Why not all of us can enjoy the taste of your favorite dessert without putting yourself at risk of indigestion? Why is only one infected from two people who have been communicating with influenza patients? Why do we react differently to stress? Most of us will answer: "Because we are so programmed genetically." And they are right - except that not everyone knows that the genetic predisposition is inextricably linked to our blood. And in particular - with the blood group.

Blood is a living tissue. This is the key that opens the door to the mysterious world of the human body. It affects the predisposition and immunity to various diseases, physical and emotional health, vitality and even longevity. And how we differ from each other in appearance, skin color, fingerprints or temperament, and blood groups are different. People with different blood types have completely different needs and opportunities. Although this sounds incredible, but it really is. It is the blood group that largely determines our life. Scientists have just started research in this area, but the first conclusions have caused a real revolution in the scientific world. Knowing the blood group, you can avoid infection with dangerous infections, maintain the desired weight, prevent the appearance of cancer and heart disease, slow the aging process.

However, let's talk about nutrition. Of course, proper nutrition in accordance with the blood group is not a panacea for all evils. But the recommendations presented by scientists help in restoring the body's natural defenses. With their help, the biological clock is regulated, and blood is cleaned of dangerous substances - lectins (agglutinins). Following these recommendations, it is possible to reduce the destruction of cells during the aging process, in the presence of diseases, it is possible to attract the most effective internal and external mechanisms for fighting this disease. So, we give recommendations in nutrition for people of each blood group.

1 (0) blood group.

The oldest and still the most common blood group, which was formed among people about 50 thousand years before our era. Characterizes the most influential representatives of mankind - this is the type of leader, or independent people. People of the 1st blood group have very strong immune and strong digestive systems. The weak point is the lack of tolerance. And also a slow adaptation to changing diet and environmental factors. An aggressive immune system is capable of attacking one's own cells and tissues under certain circumstances. Consequently, the risk of developing autoimmune diseases (for example, rheumatism) increases. Other common diseases: problems with blood, thyroid, ulcer, allergy.

If you are having problems with obesity, make sure that your thyroid gland functions normally. The problem with the thyroid gland can lead to a metabolic disorder.

Products that promote weight gain:

- Wheat and corn - disturb the metabolism, interfere with the production of insulin;

- Red beans - reduces calorie intake;

- Lentils - inhibits metabolism;

- Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower - disrupt the production of thyroid hormones.

Products that contribute to weight loss:

- Red meat, spinach, broccoli, liver - speed up the metabolism;

- Iodized salt and seafood - increase the production of thyroid hormones.

The ideal diet for people with 1 (0) blood group:

Meat. Meat is well absorbed in this group of blood. However, do not abuse meat. It is necessary to observe a balance between protein and carbohydrates consumed so that excessive release of stomach acid does not lead to an ulcer. Recommended portions are 200 g for men and 150 g for women 6 times a week. "Useful" meat: beef, veal, lamb, liver, heart. Avoid eating lard, goose, ham, pork.

Fish and seafood. They are very useful, because fish oil has a beneficial effect on the composition of the blood. In addition, fish oil is an excellent preventive against ulcerative and segmental colitis (Crohn's disease). The recommended amount is five servings per week more than 180g. The most useful types of fish: herring, mackerel, halibut, trout, salmon, sardines, cod. Avoid salmon and caviar.

Eggs and dairy products. It is advisable to avoid the consumption of dairy products and eggs by adults with 1 blood group. However, if you can not do without dairy products and eggs, their consumption should not exceed: four eggs a week, three portions of 60g cheese (neutral cheeses: feta, mozzarella, tofu) and 1 cup of skim milk per week. Admissible butter in small quantities. Unfavorable: white and yellow cheese, sour cream, kefir, parmesan cheese, ice cream, whole milk.

Vegetables. The most useful are: beets, garlic, chicory, horseradish, leek, lettuce, onion, parsley, green onions, pumpkin, spinach, red pepper and sweet potatoes. Eat more than 5 servings of 200 grams of raw and cooked vegetables per week. There are, unfortunately, exceptions. In addition to those that weaken the functions of the thyroid gland (Brussels, white cabbage, red, Beijing, color), you should also eat less fungi and olives (exacerbate allergic reactions), potatoes and eggplants (exacerbation of rheumatic symptoms), as well as corn, avocado and tomatoes.

Fruit. Most preferred are "alkaline" fruits (due to the tendency of representatives of the 1 st group of blood to acidosis). These include: plums, cherry plums, figs. Recommended servings - 4 times a day for more than 150 g. Avoid eating a lot: oranges, tangerines, berries, rhubarb and strawberries (due to too much acidity), melons (watermelons, melons) and coconuts (large amounts of saturated fat.) Other fruits are neutral.

Cereals and pasta. Unfortunately, there are no particularly recommended cereals and pasta for this group. The neutral group includes all types of cereals and rye flour. They can be consumed, but preferably not more than 3 times 200 g per week.

Spice. Extremely useful are curry, parsley, cayenne pepper and turmeric. They soothe the irritation of the digestive tract. Avoid capers, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, vanilla, vinegar, ketchup and marinades.

Beverages. Beneficial effect: herbal teas with lime and mint juice, dog rose and ginger; mineral water; cherry, pineapple and plum juices. Avoid drinking: apple and orange juice; coffee, black tea; soft fizzy drinks; strong spirits.

Other. The positive effect of olive oil (up to 8 tablespoons per week), sunflower seeds and walnuts attracts attention. Avoid consuming: poppy seeds, nuts (except for walnuts), beans, lentils, cereal flakes, oatmeal and white bread.

Vitamins and supplements. People with 1 blood group should provide the body with vitamins of group B and C, as well as calcium, iodine, manganese. The excess amount of vitamin E is unfavorable, as it increases the coagulability of the blood. Recommended infusion of licorice root. It perfectly removes frequent irritations in this group of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract.

Physical activity.

Obviously, a diet is not all that is required. People with the first blood group, as a rule, are strong, healthy and radiate optimism. However, they must be physically active to easily cope with stress and overweight. Recommended physical exercises: aerobics, swimming, running, cycling, water sports, dancing, vigorous walks. Ideally, it is desirable to combine these sports 4 times a week for 30-60 minutes.

2 (A) blood type.

This group of blood appeared on Earth, in the Middle East, about 25 thousand years before our era. This is the blood group of the first nomads. They had to move from place to place, changing their way of life by introducing into the diet of unknown products for them. Also, constant movements changed their personality, making them more independent. People with type 2 blood are easily adaptable to changes in diet and the environment. They are intelligent, sensible, passionate and sensitive. The main health problems are associated with the digestive and immune systems. These people are prone to bacterial infections. The most common diseases in this group are: heart disease, cancer, anemia, liver and gallbladder disease, as well as children's diabetes.

Products that promote weight gain:

- Meat - poorly digested, easily accumulated in the form of fat, increases the amount of toxins in the gastrointestinal tract;

- Dairy products - interfere with metabolism;

- Red beans - interferes with the functioning of enzymes, nutrients that facilitate metabolism;

- Wheat - inhibits the action of insulin, reduces the burning of calories.

Products that contribute to weight loss:

- Vegetable oils - strengthen digestion, prevent loss of fluid;

- Soy products - worsen digestion and metabolism;

- Vegetables - accelerate metabolism, stimulate intestinal peristalsis;

- Pineapple - acceleration of calorie intake, stimulate intestinal peristalsis.

Ideal diet for people with 2 (A) blood group:

Meat. For people with blood type 2, it is desirable to exclude red meat from their diet. The ideal diet is poultry (chicken, turkey). Diet: 3 times a week up to 250 g for men and 150 g for women and children. Contraindicated are very cold meat snacks that contain preservatives of nitrogen compounds, since they can contribute to the occurrence of stomach cancer.

Fish and seafood. The admissible amount is 250 g 3-4 times a week. Most useful for the 2 blood groups: carp, cod, mackerel, trout, salmon (fresh), sardines and snails (excellent prevention of breast cancer). Are not useful: caviar, anchovies, crabs, herring, shrimp, oysters, smoked salmon, lobsters, flounder and halibut (the last three contain lectins that irritate the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract).

Eggs and dairy products. Most dairy products are difficult to digest. In addition, a high level of consumption of dairy products leads to an increase in the production of mucus in the airways. Mucus in turn not only increases the symptoms of asthmatics, but also contributes to the occurrence of infections, especially respiratory infections. For people with blood type 2, it is better to replace dairy products with soy milk and soy cheese, tofu (bean curd). But if you can not do without dairy products, you can: yogurt and kefir (150 ml 3 times a week), mozzarella cheese and feta cheese (4 times a week, 60 g), goat milk and goat cheese (4 times a week, 60 g) and eggs (3 times a week). Harmful: cheese with mildew, butter, sour cream, parmesan cheese, cow milk, cottage cheese and ice cream.

Vegetables. Vegetables are useful in minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. They are best eaten raw, or cooked for a couple of up to 6 servings per day (approximately 150 grams). Most preferred are: beetroot, broccoli (effective antioxidant), carrots, garlic (antibacterial effect), horseradish, leek, lettuce, onion, parsley, pumpkin, spinach, Brussels sprouts. Avoid eating: all kinds of pepper (irritates the gastric mucosa), potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, olives, eggplant, especially tomatoes.

Fruit. Fruits should be eaten in this group three times a day. Recommended fruits: apricots, figs (high content of potassium), berries, cherries, grapefruit, kiwi (large amount of vitamin C), lemon, prunes, raisins, pineapple. It is advisable to avoid: bananas, mangoes, oranges and tangerines (irritate the stomach), rhubarb, coconut and melons.

Cereals and pasta. This is the best source of vegetable protein. Recommended products in this group: cereals, especially oatmeal and rice, rye flour, pasta. They should be eaten in the amount of 8 servings per week (4 times cereals, 4 times pasta), 1 serving - 150 g. If possible, you should abandon processed foods (semi-finished products) that irritate the mucous membrane of the stomach. You should avoid baking from wheat flour.

Spice. People with the 2nd blood group should consider the spices not only as a spice for improving the taste of dishes. The right combination of spices acts as an "amplifier" of the immune system. Recommended spices: garlic, ginger, soy sauce and mustard. Avoid: pepper, gelatin, all kinds of vinegar, mayonnaise and ketchup.

Beverages. Start the day with a cup of warm, boiled water with the juice of half a lemon. Lemon juice helps in the elimination of mucus accumulation and promotes digestion. Other juices, especially alkaline, should be consumed in the amount of 5 glasses per day. The most recommended are: apricot, carrot, cherry, grapefruit, plum, pineapple. Avoid orange and tomato juices.

Herbal teas that promote the strengthening of a weak immune system: chamomile, dog rose, St. John's wort, ginger and green tea. For adults, a good quality red wine (a glass a day reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases) and coffee, which stimulates the secretion of gastric juice. Avoid beer, strong alcoholic beverages, black tea and non-alcoholic carbonated drinks.

Other . It should be mentioned the positive effect: olive oil, which lowers cholesterol (6 tablespoons per week). Peanuts, which contains "anti-cancer" lectins. And also seeds of sunflower, soy and rice.

Vitamins and supplements. The key value in this group is: vitamins of group B, C and E, calcium, iron, zinc, chromium and selenium. From medicinal herbs are useful: hawthorn, echinacea, valerian and chamomile.

Physical activity. Recommended exercises: yoga, tai chi, energetic walking, stretching exercises and aerobics. Sport: golf, swimming, dancing. Ideally, you should combine these exercises within 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week.

3 (B) blood group.

3 blood group was formed in humans about 15 thousand years BC in the highlands of the Himalayas. This is the result of a mutation - the adaptation of the body to climate change from the hot savannas of East Africa, to the cold severe conditions of high mountains. These changes were supposed to balance emotional tension and increase demands on the immune system. Holders of the 3 blood groups are characterized by a strong immune system, very quick adaptation to changes in diet and the environment, a balanced nervous system and a creative character.

They are susceptible to: diabetes mellitus in adolescence, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases (eg, lupus erythematosus), multiple sclerosis, and rare viral infections. But these people are resistant to the diseases of civilization, such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Products that promote weight gain:

- Wheat - slows digestion and metabolism, causing accumulation of fat, rather than using it as an energy material;

- Buckwheat, sesame seeds, peanuts, lentils - inhibit metabolism, promote hypoglycemia;

- Corn - reduces the effectiveness of insulin, slows the metabolism.

Products that contribute to weight loss:

- Green vegetables, meat, eggs, low-fat dairy products, liver - accelerate metabolism;

- Tea from licorice root - counteracts hypoglycemia.

An ideal diet for people with a 3 (B) blood group:

Meat. Although many nutritionists recommend eating more poultry, these recommendations, unfortunately, do not apply to people with type 3 blood. The fact is that in the blood of birds contained in muscle fibers, many lectins. They are very dangerous for this group of people. The accumulation of lectins in the blood can increase the risk of stroke or autoimmune diseases. Most preferred are: lamb, game and rabbit. But, of course, pork, ham, hearts, bacon and poultry (chicken, duck, goose) should be avoided. The other types of meat are neutral, and they can be eaten. In the diet are allowed 3 servings of red meat and 3 portions of poultry (preferably game) per week. For women - 150 g, for men - 250 g.

Eggs and dairy products. People with type 3 blood can enjoy the full range of dairy products. Due to the fact that "milk" sugar, which is part of the blood group 3 antigens - D-galactosamine, is also present in milk. Recommended portions: up to 4 eggs, 4 jars of yogurt, 5 glasses of milk, 5 servings of 60 grams of cheese per week. Extremely useful: all white cheeses, kefir, mozzarella cheese, feta and goat cheese, yogurt and milk (2%). Avoid: blue cheeses (roquefort, gorgonzola, Dor blues, etc.) and ice cream.

Vegetables . There are many vegetables in the world that are compatible with the 3 blood group: beetroot, all kinds of cabbage, carrots, eggplants, mushrooms, parsley, all kinds of pepper. The recommended amount is five servings of raw and boiled vegetables per day (1 serving = 200 g). Avoid eating: olives, pumpkin, avocado, corn, radish, tomatoes. Other vegetables are neutral.

Vitamins and supplements. If you eat in accordance with these recommendations, then people of the 3rd blood group do not need additional vitamins. Mineral, which requires additional intake is magnesium. If there is insufficient concentration of attention and memory, then you can take ginseng and ginkgo.

Physical activity:
The most effective classes are aerobics, tennis, hiking, swimming, cycling, vigorous walking, running, golf, tai chi, yoga. It is necessary to go in for sports at least 3-4 times a week for 45-60 minutes.

4 (AB) blood group.

It occurs very rarely. It is found in only 5% of the population and is the result of the fusion of 2 (A) and 3 (B) blood groups. People with blood type 4 are characterized by openness, sensitivity, they are excellent diplomats. Unfortunately, their immune system is too "friendly" for many viruses and bacteria, which is manifested in frequent infections. The gastrointestinal tract is not less sensitive. The most common diseases in this group are heart disease, anemia and cancer.

Products that promote weight gain:

- Red meat - is difficult to digest and accumulates in the form of fat, because of what the amount of toxins in the gastrointestinal tract increases.

- Red beans, wheat - disrupt metabolism and insulin production.

Physical activity.
Recommended sports: tai chi, yoga, golf, cycling, energetic walking, swimming, dancing, aerobics, hiking and stretching exercises in combination 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes.

It's curious how much we differ from each other. The same products can be ideal for people with one blood group, and are not very useful for people with another blood group. And all due to the fact that certain groups of people have adapted to live in different environmental conditions. However, over time, all races mixed up. Descendants of the inhabitants of Africa, the Middle East and the foothills of the Himalayas settled throughout the world, taking with them the characteristics of the blood of their ancestors. Reportedly, food and blood groups are inextricably linked. Of course, it is difficult to comply with the diet according to your blood group. Because some foods that are not recommended contain the necessary vitamins and microelements. But there are dishes from which you can easily refuse and replace with more useful ones according to your blood group.
