We start with the fact that pork is cut into small cubes, put in 1.5 liters of water and cook the broth for about 20 minutes, taking off the foam. In the meantime, we thoroughly wash the millet so that the soup is not "dirty" :) Finely chop the onions. Fry the onion on pieces of lard until golden. When the meat in the broth is cooked to half-cooked, let it fall into the pan washed with millet. Cook for another 20 minutes, after which add the toasted onions and salt. Another 10 minutes - and the cook is ready!
