But we will not be so harsh. Nostalgia, he may be, but not for those who do not even remember those years or were born after the collapse of the USSR. He's just really delicious, gentle, and he looks so light and springy. And how many possibilities for experiments with taste! Since the author of this masterpiece is unknown, and it is believed that "Mimosa" was born to an ordinary housewife from a man named Grocery Deficiency, everyone considers it his duty to "stick" to her pedigree and contribute to the personal matter of this salad. Therefore, there is no classic, original recipe for salad "Mimosa". It is known only that its obligatory, irreplaceable ingredients are mayonnaise, eggs and canned fish. Although there are also those who want to rewrite history, crab sticks, smoked fish or pollock roe are mentioned instead of canned food. Perhaps it is also very tasty, but it is not "Mimosa". Because nothing like this at the time of her birth on our shelves just was not there.
