A hearty pizza with smoked chicken Pizza is a pretty simple and delicious meal for every day. Variation of its preparation can be listed a huge variety. Today I propose to make pizza for lovers of meat filling, its main ingredients will be smoked chicken breast and ham. This pizza recipe is very rich in flavor and taste. Tomatoes and sweet pepper, make it very juicy, meat filling - nourishing. Garlic, onions and herbs perfectly complement their flavor. Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 350 g
- Yeast, dry 7 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Water 240 ml
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Sugar 3 g
- Tomato sauce 4 tbsp. l.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper 0.5 pcs.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olives without seeds 40 g
- Ham 100 g
- Chicken breast smoked 120 g
- Mozzarella cheese 125 g
- Mixture of peppers 1 g
- Mixture of Italian herbs 1 g
- Step 1 Prepare the ingredients: dough, tomato sauce (at your discretion), smoked chicken breast, ham, sweet pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic, pitted olives, Mozzarella cheese, seasoning.
- Step 2 Sprinkle the surface of the board with flour, then thinly roll out the dough, about 0.5 cm thick, about 30 cm in diameter.
- Step 3 Lubricate the dough with prepared tomato sauce.
- Step 4 Put the smoked chicken breast sliced into thin slices.
- Step 5 Cut small cubes of tomato evenly distributed over our workpiece.
- Step 6 Pour out and distribute finely chopped onion and garlic.
- Step 7 Spread the sweet pepper strips.
- Step 8 We cut into Witchin cubes and spread it out.
- Step 9 We decorate our culinary product with black olives, sliced with ringlets.
- Step 10 We sprinkle Italian seasonings, and on top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
