- light brown sugar - 1 cup
- flour - 1/2 cup
- pecan nuts - 1 cup
- Butter - 2/3 Glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Sprinkle the form for muffins (of any size) with oil in a spray. Instead of the shape, you can use silicone bowls. 2. Beat two eggs. In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, flour and pecans. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and eggs together until a uniform consistency is obtained. 4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and gently mix until smooth. 5. Spoon the dough into a prepared muffin mold, filling the compartments with about 2/3 of their volume. Put the form in a preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. 6. Allow the muffins to cool in the form for several minutes, then remove from the mold and allow to cool completely on the counter. 7. When you just removed the mold from the oven, you can put a small piece of butter on the top of each muffin.
