1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Prepare 18 paper liners for muffins. Soak the raisins in 1 glass of hot water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain the water and grind the raisins in the food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds. 2. In a medium bowl, mix wheat bran, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, brown sugar, molasses, butter, eggs and raisins. Add flour mix and mix. Add the pieces of pineapple. 3. Divide the dough evenly between the paper liners. Bake muffins for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
