Cooking meat loaf The elegant meat dish - appetizer for the festive table! Thanks to the multicolored ingredients - yellow corn, green peas, red sweet pepper, purple onions, orange carrots - the meat loaf becomes bright, colorful and appetizing not only in appearance, its taste is multifaceted and rich! Be sure to please your loved ones with this delicious dish!
Ingredients:- Pork meat 700g
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Fresh dill 0.25 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Canned peas 0.5 bank
- Canned corn 0.5 pot
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we will need: pork pulp, purple onion, red sweet pepper, canned peas and corn, carrots, dill and parsley greens, olive oil, chicken egg, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the meat into pieces.
- Step 3 We pass through the meat grinder.
- Step 4 Onions, carrots and sweet peppers are cut into small cubes of preferably the same size.
- Step 5 Add the chopped vegetables to the minced meat.
- Step 6 We pour peas and corn there.
- Step 7 Grind the greens, add to the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 8 Carefully, carefully mix our minced meat so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed in it.
- Step 9 We drive one egg. Stir the stuffing again.
- Step 10 Put in a rectangular shape for the cake.
- Step 11 On top, lightly pour olive oil.
- Step 12 Cover with foil or parchment for baking and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for about another 10 minutes.
- Step 13 There are two options for serving this dish: "colorful" meat loaf can be served hot as a main course, or it can be served cold as a snack. The last option I like more - the bread is perfectly cut into neat slices! It can also be used for making sandwiches.
