Ingredients:- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Water 180 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Olive oil 5 ml
- Onion green 10 g
- Step 1 To prepare an omelette in a water bath, it is necessary to prepare a saucepan with a thick bottom and a bowl, eggs, water, salt, olive oil (any vegetable), green onions.
- Step 2 Prepare a saucepan with a thick bottom, put a bowl in it (grease the walls with olive oil) and pour water so that it reaches only half of the bowl. Put on a slow fire.
- Step 3 Eggs gently whisk. Add a little salt.
- Step 4 Pour water in a thin trickle. By volume, the amount of water should be equal to the volume of hammered eggs.
- Step 5 Pour the resulting egg mixture gently into the bowl. Close the lid with a pan. Leave the mixture simmer for 25 minutes.
