Juicy and quick salad If you like juicy and quick salads - this recipe is for you. The combination of sweet corn and crispy cucumber makes it easy even for such nourishing ingredients as smoked chicken and eggs. Cook it extremely simply and quickly, just do not cook it in advance, or at least do not mix, because the cucumber will give juice and will cease to be crispy. It can be dressed with a sauce according to a recipe or mayonnaise, as well as add crumbs of white bread and Bulgarian pepper, try and fantasize!
Ingredients:- Chicken leg of smoked meat 300 g
- Cucumber 300 g
- Corn canned 1 can
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Fresh dill 50 g
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: smoked chicken thigh or breast, cucumber, eggs, corn, greens. For refueling: sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Step 2 Eggs boil hard (dip into cold water and boil 7-10 minutes from the time of boiling).
- Step 3 Remove the smoked chicken from bones and peel, then cut into cubes.
- Step 4 Peel the cucumbers and cut into strips.
- Step 5 Cool eggs and cut into cubes.
- Step 6 Finely chop dill.
- Step 7 Fold all the ingredients in a bowl, add the corn from the can, before draining the liquid.
- Step 8 For filling, mix 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. mustard.
- Step 9 Mix everything. Served portionwise or in a general dish.
