Ingredients:- Rhubarb 850 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Water 100 ml
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
- Chocolate black 200 g
- Cookies Savoyardi 180 g
- Curd 250g
- Cheese Mascarpone 250 g
- Strawberries 250 g
- Sugar powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Basil green fresh 1 branch
- Wine white dessert 50 ml
- Step 1 Prepare the ingredients: rhubarb, strawberries, black chocolate, biscuits, lemon, sugar, powdered sugar, pink dessert wine (Marsala, Moscato or liqueur), Mascarpone, cottage cheese (I have 0% fat content) and small basil leaves.
- Step 2 We will clean the rhubarb from the skin, but not severely. I have a raspberry rhubarb, it does not need to be cleaned at all. And cut into rings with a thickness of about 3 mm.
- Step 3 Let's pour the rhubarb with boiling water, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and add sugar. Boil and cover with a lid, cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Step 4 The rhubarb should not lose the shape of the pieces. Let's chill.
- Step 5 Separate from the resulting compote 100 ml of juice.
- Step 6 Mix cottage cheese with mascarpone.
- Step 7 We pour the rhubarb juice into mascarpone.
- Step 8 In the water bath we will melt the chocolate. We will remove from the plate. Let's leave the chocolate in the bath so it does not freeze.
- Step 9 Put some cream on the bottom of the serving portions.
- Step 10 Put 2 cookies on the cream, sprinkle them with wine.
- Step 11 Distribute the top half of the chocolate. We're looking to have enough chocolate. Let's dry a couple of minutes.
- Step 12 On top, put half the rhubarb.
- Step 13 Then put the half of the cream on the rhubarb.
- Step 14 Repeat the folding of the cookie, only perpendicular to the first layer of the cookie. Sprinkle with wine.
- Step 15 We redistribute the chocolate. A little let's dry.
- Step 16 Put the remaining rhubarb on top.
- Step 17 Then distribute the cream on top. We clean in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Step 18 Cut the strawberry into circles and fill it with sugar powder, adding 1 tbsp. l. juice. We mix it. Let's stand for about 3 minutes.
