To nails have become even and strong, it is useful to make salt baths - one hundred grams of salt (can be sea) per liter of water. To nourish and strengthen the nails make such a bath: to decoction of chamomile, rowan berries and oak add a few drops of vegetable oil and keep your feet in this solution for 20 minutes, then rinse with clean water and grease with a foot cream.
