Legs, which hid all winter under pantyhose and trousers, look more often than not the best way: the skin is dry, pale and lifeless. In order to restore her former beauty, you need to conduct several procedures:

1. Massage with a stiff brush to bounce the blood circulation and exfoliate the dead skin particles. However, be careful: not every brush is suitable. Choose the one that consists of natural materials.

Massage begins with a foot and move upwards, to the hips. Movements should be gentle and neat, and the optimal duration of the massage is five to ten minutes.

2. After massage with a brush, proceed to water procedures . Take a shower and have a short aqua massage. Take a soft scrub based on sea salt and rub the skin in such problem areas as hips, heels, knees. If you have cellulite - instead of the usual scrub, you can take a little coffee grounds. 3. Take care of hair removal . Choose the method that suits you best: razor, cream or wax.

If you prefer shaving, make sure that your razor blades are sharp, and start shaving after the bath - wet hair is easier to remove and the skin after the bath is moistened. Try to shave as soon as possible, because it strains the skin. Be sure to use gel or lotion. Soap is well suited for cleansing, but special means are much better able to cope with the task of facilitating shaving. In addition, they help moisturize the skin, which means - help maintain the beauty of the legs.

4. After shaving, rinse the legs with lukewarm water and gently pat with a soft towel. Immediately apply a moisturizer (for example, lotion for the body) - it is better absorbed.

The body lotion should match the type of your skin. Take a few minutes to massage the lotion into the skin with gentle movements. If it seems to you that your legs are too pale - now is the time to apply them to self-tanning.

5. Now pay attention to your feet . If the nail is left with varnish - remove it. Cut your nails, podpilite them, so that there are no sharp corners. It will not hurt to take olive oil and drip onto the cuticle to soften it. And then carefully remove it with a special stick.

Then remove all dead skin with a foot (you can, for example, use a pumice stone). After that, apply a nourishing cream on the feet and massage it thoroughly into the skin with massage movements.

6. The final stage of care for the legs - see if there are any excess cream or lotion left on them. If yes - carefully remove the remnants of the product with a cotton disc.
