- Manika cereals - 2 Cups
- yoghurt - 3/4 Cups
- sugar - 1 glass
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- powder for baking - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- flowering water - 1 1/2 Art. spoons (distilled water that contains essential oils of orange)
- tahini sauce - 1 1/2 Art. spoons
- almonds - 1/4 Cups
- sugar syrup - 1 1/2 cups
Soak the almonds in water for 30 minutes. Peel the almonds from the skin. Lubricate the tahini sauce with a cake dish. Combine in a large bowl of cereal, sugar, vegetable oil (or melted butter), yogurt, baking powder and flowering water. Knead the dough. Place the dough in a cake pan. Using a knife, make incisions in the form of a diamond. Put almonds on each diamond and lightly press down. Bake in an oven at 180 C until golden brown. Once again, cut each diamond with a knife. Drizzle with sugar syrup. Cool before serving.
