Dream and let the dreams come true

To make the dream become a goal, perform several simple actions. On your way 6 "stops", on each of them you are waiting for big discoveries. They will put everything in its place and help to achieve the desired result faster. Specify clearly what you should do to fulfill your dream (learn the language, learn to drive). Imagine what you will experience when your dream is realized (you will become happier, more successful). Think about further actions after reaching your goal, what else you are aiming for.

Think about whether the dream will not hurt your loved ones, will not it ruin your relationship. Remember how you previously achieved some goals, what you did for this, how long they were striving for it. Limit yourself to the deadlines, set an exact date, when you want your dream to come true. How good is it to dream and dream!

In psychology, there is only one of them - this is the concept of purpose. The goal is a conscious image of an anticipated result, to which the action of a person is directed. A dream in the ordinary sense is a mental image of something desirable, alluring, the object of aspirations. Apparently, at first a person has a dream that, as conscious and unconscious cognitive processing, is transformed into a goal. In general, the dream and the goal have one nature, one and the same deep motive: desire. The difference lies in the fact that under the dream we often understand something large-scale, sometimes unattainable. The goal of dreams is a more real, earthly desire. If the person strives for the fulfillment of dreams solely because its implementation is associated with positive emotions, moral or physical satisfaction of desires, the achievement of the goal in general is an objectively justified necessity. When a person sets a goal, he seeks to raise his level. It can be the acquisition of knowledge, experience, spiritual or career growth. The goal is always work for results. Dream and purpose are different concepts. After all, the goal involves action, a thoughtful strategy. A dream can do this, and remain a flight of fantasy, which has no real implementation. Dreaming is a game of imagination. It is connected with plans for the future and can be a powerful motive of activity. But the dream has a "sister" - a dream. It arises when the imagination detaches itself from reality. Unlike the dream, the dream is "lazy": someone will make my life better, and not myself. The goal is always a conscious image of the desired result. This is a clearly defined dream with a concrete plan and the timing of its implementation.

Dreams lead to an illusory world, leaving in which prevents the realization of a person in the real world. The dream takes on its own impetus, only becoming a goal. Then it begins to direct actions and determine the choice of various possible options and ways of implementation. When we dream, very often it is done for the sweetest process - to imagine how wonderful it would be. From this point of view, the goal is a more intense motivator for achieving the desired. A competent arrangement of goals will make it possible to realize any dream, where there is at least a fraction of reality for implementation. It is impossible to fulfill a dream without making it a goal, because to realize a dream you need to act, and purposeful behavior can be carried out when the result of activities and steps for achieving it are thought out. The goal has a motivating power that can make a person work on the transformation of past experience or the transformation of the surrounding world. Lack of motivation, as a rule, indicates that the dreamer did not bother to think through ways to approach his dream. It is difficult to say unequivocally. One way or another, dreams (real) and human goals are interrelated. The goal often acts as a certain level, a step, after which, a person approaches his dream. If the dream is absolutely divorced from the real world, has nothing to do with the life aspirations of a person, then it can remain just a dream. Such dreams are unproductive, they do not carry living energy and do not give people the strength to realize them. They are akin to fantasy, a game of the mind. The most effective way is to go to the realization of a dream through the achievement of goals, which is a necessary component of the fulfillment of grandiose plans. A dream without a goal can easily exist, but it does not have a vector of movement. But the goal without a dream can not exist. The point is that the goal must be fueled by energy for its realization. It is something that gives a dream. And if there is no such enthusiasm, internal resources will quickly be exhausted and the goal will not be realized. Everything, in which the energy of emotions is not invested, does not bring results. Realization of a dream without a goal is possible only in fairy tales. A goal without a dream can very well be achieved. True, such a process is devoid of lyrics, prosaic. Dream inspires, without it there is no creativity. If you are really moving towards the realization of your dreams, and not just giving up fantasies. A dream is a direction, and a goal is a concrete path.
