Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Pour the cake mixture into a large bowl. Add egg and butter, mix until smooth. The mixture will be a little dry. Leave 1 cup for the top, and pour the rest into the mold. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whip the cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Evenly lubricate the baked cake. Crumble the remaining mixture on top of the cake. Bake for another 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Before cutting, cool it.
