Add 1 cup of sugar and gently whip. Remove the bowl from the pan and stir the chocolate mixture with the vanilla extract. 2. Beat with the mixer the remaining cup of sugar and eggs. 3. Add half the egg mixture to the warm chocolate mass and gently mix with a rubber spatula. 4. Whip the remaining egg mixture at medium-high speed with a whisk or a mixer for about 3 minutes until the mixture has doubled in volume. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix with a spatula. 5. Add dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula. 6. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and level the surface with a spatula. Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until dry crust appears on top. 7.
