- Mascarpone cheese - 250 Grams

- cold coffee - 200 milliliters
- Cookies Lady's fingers - 24 pieces
- cocoa powder - 1 st. a spoon
In a bowl add 250 g mascarpone, 250 g cream, 2 eggs, 100 grams of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons amaretto. Beat to a thick cream. Put the first layer of cream in each glass. Pour 200 ml of cold coffee into a cup, add 2 tablespoons of amaretto and mix well. Cut the cookies into quarters and soak them in coffee. They should not be too wet. Put a layer of cookies. Add a second layer of cream. Then the second layer of cookies. Then the final layer of cream. Finally, sprinkle with a layer of cocoa powder.
