Simple dishes from shrimps for New Year's Eve
A little time you will take and such a variation of a hot dish with shrimps, like a trout with these seafoods under almond-cheese crust, which will be no less delicious and in a cold form.
Shrimp Dish - recipe with a photo
We offer you to try for this New Year an incredibly tasty shrimp dish with a thematic name and a very appetizing view - a festive salad.
Necessary ingredients:
- canned corn - 1 pot
- Cheese hard - 100 g
- shrimp (frozen) - 300 g
- eggs of chicken (cooked) - 2 pieces
- squid - 300 g
- apple (sour, hard variety) or lemon - 1 pc
- crab sticks - 100 g
- Bulgarian pepper - 0,5-1 pieces
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking process:
- boil our frozen shrimp for a couple of minutes in boiling water, cool and, if necessary, clean;
- fry on high heat (in oil) squid for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly;
- crush the ingredients for our festive dish of frozen shrimp in the form of a salad: eggs and cheese three finely, crab sticks cut into small pieces;
- mix all these ingredients, add corn and season with mayonnaise;
- We decorate the finished product with slices of apple and sweet pepper.
Hot dishes from shrimps - recipe
Certainly deserve attention and festive hot dishes from shrimps, a recipe of one of which we have prepared for you.
- fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs
- shrimps peeled - 200 g
- fillets of fish (salmon or salmon) - 800 g
- onion -1-2 pieces
- garlic - 2-3 teeth
- cream - 200 ml
- tomato paste - 1 st. l.
- pistachios 100-105 g
- water 200-300 g
Cooking method:

start with the fish: cut it into small pieces and fry (without salt and spices) to a ruddy crust; - we chop pistachios (in a blender), chop the onions and tomatoes finely;
- in oil, on which the fish were toasted, fry a little onion, garlic and shrimp. At this point, you can add a little salt;
- when the contents of the frying pan appear "blush", fill the future salad dressing with a mixture of water, cream and tomatoes, which before consumption is brought to a boil, and add the same fish;
- cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then pour the pistachios there and add salt to taste. Now let everything be stewed again, but it's already 5-10 minutes.
We serve this culinary delicacy in warm or hot form accompanied by greenery and vegetable garnish.
