Vegetarian soup Soup is extremely simple to prepare, but to taste and smell very similar to fish soup due to Nori seaweed. The dish is prepared in a few minutes. This soup can be made lean for this enough not to add Adyghe cheese. If you want soup to be more caloric, then at the 7th step you can add aromatic melted or vegetable oil. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients:- Carrot 1 pc.
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Cheese of Adyghe 150 g
- Seaweed nori 4 pcs.
- Sesame White 1 tbsp. l.
- Asafoetida 5 g
- Bay leaf 2 pcs.
- Paprika sweet ground 5 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Vermicelli small 2 tbsp. l.
- Water 2 l
- Step 1 To make soup you need carrots, potatoes, Adyghe cheese, nori, sesame, vermicelli, soy sauce, water, salt, asafoetida (or green onion), bay leaf, paprika and dill.
- Step 2 Pour into the pan water, add chopped carrots and potatoes. For a few minutes before the vegetables are ready add laurel leaf, paprika, asafoetida and vermicelli. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Nori snatches or cut.
- Step 4 Cut the Adyghe cheese into cubes.
- Step 5 Then add the nori and Adyghe cheese to the pan, stir and turn off the fire.
- Step 6 Add more dill, salt, soy sauce, stir and leave to stand for a couple of minutes.
- Step 7 Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
