Then we send them to the blender, if you like a homogeneous drink, or cut them into slices. 3. Then everything is quite simple: how the water boils, add apples and sugar to it, mix it, and reduce the fire a little. 4. While the apples reach the boil, we collect half a glass of cold clean water, and throw starch into it. Mix well and thoroughly. As soon as the water starts to pour - a thin trickle pour this mixture into the compote. We wait until it boils all together, and remove it from the fire. 5. Now we try, that at us it has turned out from this simple recipe a jelly from apples. If necessary, add a little more sugar, and if it seems too transparent, I advise you to add also a little of any jam or something from citrus fruits - that there is someone in the household.
