Delicious breakfast We prepare an omelet in a microwave oven, and not with a simple, but with an early-flowered sweet pepper (which makes it not only tasty, but also bright and beautiful) and parmesan, the king of all cheeses, which will bring a rich cheese flavor and make the scrambled fragrant !! Generally cooking an omelet in a microwave oven is a sweet thing! In structure it is similar, but almost the same as the omelet from the oven, but the cooking time is shortened to 5 minutes, and this is very important for breakfast or when you need to quickly cook something, but there is absolutely no time!
Ingredients:- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Milk 300 ml
- Pepper sweet 3 pcs.
- Cheese Parmesan 25 g
- Salt 0.75 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the omelette you will need chicken eggs, a small sweet pepper (one red, yellow and green, you can use also a pepper of one color for lack of color, but will not be so beautiful), Parmesan cheese, milk, spices.
- Step 2 We drive into the bowl of eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 3 We beat the eggs with the eyelid, but do not be too zealous - our goal is to mix the eggs well, and not to interrupt them. Pour in the milk and mix well again.
- Step 4 Sweet pepper, free from seeds and internal partitions, cut into thin rings.
- Step 5 Pour the omelet mass into a microwave oven, top the pepper rings.
- Step 6 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 7 Bake in a microwave oven at a power of 800 watts for 5 minutes and get an omelet. During cooking, the omelet will rise strongly, but immediately after we get it out of the oven it will settle. We serve immediately, decorated with greens, for breakfast or dinner.
