- Basil - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Oregano - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Filling: pepperoni - 25 Slices
1. Preheat the oven at the lowest temperature. When it is warm, turn off the fire and keep the door closed. In a bowl add honey and 1 cup of hot water and stir. Fall asleep one packet of yeast on the surface of the water. Allow to stand for about 5-6 minutes. 2. Pour 3 cups of flour and salt into a food processor. Turn it on and gradually add the yeast mixture. Mix. 3. Separate a large bowl with a sprinkle of olive oil and put into it a ready-made dough in the form of a bowl. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and place the bowl in a heated oven. Allow the test to rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The dough should increase in volume by half. 4. Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Put the dough back in a warm oven to make it rise a second time. 5. Remove the dough from the oven and preheat the oven to 220 degrees. To prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 6. Put the fillings: first pepperoni, then mozzarella and sauce. Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
