Omission of the walls of the uterus - exercises to strengthen

With this diagnosis, women more than 40 years old often face. Emerging in the reproductive age, the disease slowly progresses and in the early stages does not cause any inconvenience, does not manifest itself externally. As the process develops, the condition becomes worse, and functional disorders, overlapping each other, not only begin to cause physical suffering, but also make the patients partially or completely incapacitated.

Even when noticing something is wrong, women are sometimes embarrassed to talk about it and seek help at an early stage, or they forget about the need for regular gynecological examinations. But the disease could be avoided or minimized its consequences. Very good helps, for example, therapeutic exercise, if seen in an early stage of the omission of the walls of the uterus - the exercises for strengthening are presented below.

But first, let's discuss the main causes of this disease. They are:

• childbirth ("flabbiness" of the anterior abdominal wall and pelvic floor is observed in women who often give birth);

• Birth injuries (ruptures, pelvic floor injuries, "discrepancy" of pelvic bones, etc.);

• low level of general physical development;

• Frequent lifting of weights, heavy physical exertion in the postpartum period.

Other causes include congenital malformations of the pelvic region, genitourinary system, connective tissue dysplasia syndrome, etc.

Against the background of these disorders, the muscles of the abdominal cavity may gradually lose the ability to retain the intestines, the uterus with appendages in a normal position. The pressure of the lowered organs begins on the lower parts and the pelvic floor area. With the passage of time, this leads to a shift of the genital organs downward, overgrowing the ligaments, and disturbing the blood and lymph circulation. Drawing pains in the lower abdomen, lumbar region and sacrum, if there is a foreign body in the vagina, pain occurs during intercourse, there is a violation of urination and defecation - this is only a brief list of symptoms characteristic of the omission of the walls of the uterus.

In medical practice, 5 degrees of severity of the disease are distinguished - from gaping of the sexual slit and a slight lowering of the walls when straining until the uterus falls completely with the vaginal walls turned out. Treatment depends on the severity of the manifestations, the general condition of the patient and can be both conservative (strengthening massage of the pelvic floor muscles and ligament apparatus, exercise therapy, water procedures) and operative.

If the situation does not go beyond the 1-2 degree of severity, then the best means of correcting the condition can be therapeutic exercise. At the third degree of omission the role of therapeutic physical training is also enormous, as it allows to significantly reduce functional disorders. In cases of incomplete and complete loss of the uterus, the benefit of exercise therapy is minimal and can not be avoided without surgical treatment.

When the walls of the uterus are lowered, there are many exercises for strengthening. A complex of therapeutic exercises (the first 2-3 sessions of 15-20 min with a gradual increase to 45-50 min every other day for 4-5 months) will certainly help if the situation is not yet critical.

1. Starting position (PI) standing, hands on the belt. Take your hands back to the castle, slowly lift them up, while tilting your body and head, bend over and try to pull up the muscles of the anus.

2. Walking 1,5-2 minutes with holding the ball between the knees.

3. IP lying on the back against the wall, the feet rest against the wall as high as possible. Breed and reduce your legs 6-8 times. Relax. Raise the pelvis, leaning on the feet and shoulder blades, 3-5 times.

4. IP lying on the back, legs apart. Alternately, raise your legs to the right angle and make circular movements with each hip joint for 1 minute (no more). Relax. "Twist the bike." Relax. Do the "scissors". Relax. Alternately, raise your legs, bent at the knees, but do not press them to the chest.

5. IP standing on all fours. Tear off one leg from the floor, lean forward slightly and try to straighten and straighten out your leg. Repeat the exercise with each foot 3-4 times.

6. IP lying on its side. Raise both your right arm and leg at the same time, trying to reach out to your toes with your hand. 4-5 times on the right and left sides.

7. IP lying on the stomach. Crawl in a plastic way for 1-2 minutes.

8. IP lying on the abdomen, emphasis on elbows and forearms. Raise the trunk, leaning on the socks, palms and forearms, then bring yourself to the starting position. Exercise should be repeated 4-5 times.

9. IP lying on the back, the feet are pressed to the floor, the legs are bent at the knees, hands are stretched on both sides of the trunk. Lift the pelvis up, draw in the muscles of the anus (inhale), lower the pelvis and relax the muscles of the perineum (exhalation). Repeat 3-4 times.

10. IP sitting with a back support on the hands. Raising the pelvis, straighten so that the legs and trunk make a straight line, go down. 3-4 times.

11. IP lying on the back, hands along the body. Bend the legs in the knees, straightening the legs, lift them, without applying great effort (at least 45 °), lower it.

12. IP lying on the back, legs bent, hands on knees. Dilute the knees to the sides, counteracting the movement of the hands, lift the head slightly. Keep your knees together, counteracting this movement with your hands, but already on the inside of your knees. Repeat 3-4 times slowly.

13. IP standing, hands on the belt. Raise the knee bent at the knee to the waist level, straighten the leg and take it forward, bend the leg again and lower it. Do 3-4 alternately each leg. It is very important that you unbend the leg completely, while you can lightly lean your arm against a chair or a wall.
