Blueberry sauce is not very easy to prepare, but the result is worth it. First of all we take a saucepan, put our berries there, finely chopped onion (can be a food processor), pour in water and cook for about 30 minutes. Remove from the fire, wipe the resulting mass through a sieve to remove skins, seeds and other uselessness. Pour the resulting mashed potatoes into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, spices and apple cider vinegar. Cook on medium heat until boiling, then reduce the heat and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring. We take sterilized jars, fill them with sauce, close and sterilize in a water bath for about 30 minutes. Then turn the jars upside down, let's stand still for 30 minutes. All, the sauce is ready for storage and consumption! On personal sensations, the sauce best suits meat dishes - chops, steaks, shish kebab. It's great with the meat of a bird.
