Ingredients: Heat the saucepan over low heat. Add butter and shallots. Fry until soft. Add ginger, lemon grass, curry paste and lemon leaves until the appearance of flavor. Add cilantro and chicken broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Add the coconut milk and cook over low heat. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
