I offer you a recipe that will surprise and please your guests. We live in an age of speed and mobility, many have no time to do cooking and decorating dishes, speed up the cooking process.
Let's start with the products that we need to boil: we'll wash the potatoes well and lay them on the bottom of the pan, then we have a well washed carrot, and finish the egg. Fill with cold water and put on a hot burner. Pre-cooked mushrooms (dried mushrooms can be replaced with pickled -250 grams), we cut. Whatever the time, we cut the boiled sausage and pickle the pickled cucumbers. The first eggs are ready for us (10 min), we take them out of boiling water and dip them into cold water, leave the vegetables to cook. As soon as the eggs cool down, we pull out the carrots and potatoes, we cool them in cold water. While our vegetables cool, prepare eggs for salad, then the same process is done with potatoes and carrots. Well, everything has been prepared, you can start preparing our masterpiece. Look at the photos and the explanations to them, and in about 15 minutes at the most 20 you will cook a wonderful, funny and mischievous tiger that will be the highlight of your table. Ingredients:
- mushrooms dried - 50gr.,
- carrots boiled - 15 pcs. or 1kg. raw;
- potatoes boiled - 6 pcs .;
- pickled cucumbers -3 pcs .;
- sausage cooked-200gr.
- mayonnaise-200 gr.
