- Cream 20% - 200 Milliliters

We wash the leeks. Chop the white and light green portions of onions. In a saucepan, melt 30 g of butter and fry the onions in it until soft. To the onions, add a few twigs of thyme and pour in the white wine, stirring, wait until the wine evaporates. Then add potatoes, cut into small cubes, into a saucepan. Then pour all the broth. We extract twigs of thyme. Solim, pepper and cook until full potatoes. When the soup is ready, grind it with a blender, adding hot cream (you can warm them up in the microwave).
