Pancakes "Suzette"

The history of the creation of these pancakes begins in the 19th century. One well-known Parisian actress played in the play, where she had to eat pancakes every day. The owner of the restaurant, which supplied pancakes to the theater, tried every day to improve the recipe for these pancakes so that they would not bore the famous actress. Recipe for these pancakes has survived to this day and bears the name of the one in honor of which it was created. Everyone can feel in Paris now!


You will need:
350 g of flour
350 g cream
6 eggs
70 Sugars
some salt
1 cup liqueur
Orange juice
butter

Cooking method:
- thoroughly sift the flour through a sieve, add eggs, salt and sugar;
- without stopping to stir, gradually add cream and leave in a cool place;
- On a hot frying pan bake delicate pancakes, frying them from two sides;
- hot pancakes roll into tubes, pour oil and liqueur;
-For a dish, serve orange juice.
