Cabbage pie with bacon and cumin. One of the most favorite pies in my family is the cabbage. Unfortunately, there is not always time to tinker with a yeast or sand dough, it is then that the liquid pies on kefir come to the rescue. Cooking them is easy, they do not require a lot of time, unusual ingredients or difficulties in cooking, and the taste always turns out to be wonderful. This recipe for a cabbage pie with bacon is perfect for those who are very busy or in a hurry!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
- Cumin dry 2 pinch
- White cabbage 250 g
- Bacon 100 g
- Salt sea 2 pinch
- Baking powder 5 tsp.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Kefir 250 ml
- Butter 5 g
- Step 1 Prepare the main ingredients: young cabbage, kefir fat content of 2.5%, flour, spices, eggs, bacon.
- Step 2 Mix in a bowl with a whisk: eggs, salt, pepper and kefir.
- Step 3 Add the sifted flour mixed with a baking powder and a whisk to mix a homogeneous, not too thick dough.
- Step 4 Finely chop the bacon.
- Step 5 Finely chop the cabbage.
- Step 6 Add the bacon and cabbage to the dough, mix with a spatula.
- Step 7 Lubricate the shape with butter.
- Step 8 Sprinkle the bottom and sides of the shape with breadcrumbs.
- Step 9 Place the dough in the mold, gently flatten the surface.
- Step 10 Sprinkle the surface of the pie with cumin and breadcrumbs.
- Step 11 Cover the pie with the baking paper and send it to the oven preheated to 180-190 ° C. After 15 minutes, remove the paper and bake the cake until cooked and golden brown for about 20-25 minutes.
- Step 12 Get the finished pie from the mold. Cool the towel and serve!
