- Bulgarian pepper - 4 pieces (2 red and 2 yellow)
- Italian pasta Orekkiete - 450 Grams (other short pasta)
- olive oil - 2 teaspoons
- sweet Italian sausage - 450 Grams
- butter - 1 Art. a spoon
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 Cups
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
Heat the oven. Put pepper on a baking tray, bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Put the pepper in a large bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and allow to stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a paper towel, wipe the pepper and thinly cut into cross strips. Set aside. Boil the pasta in a large saucepan with boiling salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water, leaving 1/2 cup of liquid. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sausage, mash it with a spoon, until brown, from 7 to 10 minutes. Add the pepper, continue cooking until it warms up. Put the mixture in a bowl, add pasta, butter, water from pasta and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and serve to the table.
