1. Chicken the fillet and rinse and dry. Remove excess fat, film and tendons from the meat. Cut fillets into strips up to 2 cm thick. 2. Now you need to prepare marinade. Mix in a separate bowl of Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, wine, salt and pepper. This marinade pour chicken sticks, stir well and let stand for one hour. 3. Prepare everything for breading. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Pour out the coconut shavings into the plate. Our fillets are marinated. Pour the marinade, and wipe the sticks with a paper towel. In the pan, pour the oil, warm it. Each piece of chicken dipped in an egg, and then sprinkle with coconut shavings. Put into a frying pan and fry from two sides until golden brown. Preheat the oven in advance and put chicken sticks there for about 10 minutes to get the meat ready.
