First, the dough should be mixed with a spatula, then grasp it with your hands. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, it must be covered with a towel and put for 1 hour in a warm place. During this time the dough will increase in volume approximately twice. From the risen dough roll sausage, which is cut into pieces about 3 cm wide. We form balls from the resulting pieces of dough. Each ball on a flour-poured work surface is rolled into a flat cake. In the center of the flat cake we put the desired stuffing (I have meat). Fold in half. Fold the patty so that the seam is on the bottom. Spread the patties on a baking tray, oiled. From above lubricate each patty with a beaten egg.
