Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and rinse. Pour boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then cool. In a bowl, mix broccoli, beaten egg, squeezed garlic, flour, salt and spices. Remember the products well. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently place on the frying pan pancakes. Fry the fritters on both sides. You should get about 10 pieces.
