Ingredients:- Groats pearl barley 1 tbsp.
- Mushrooms champignons 200 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare pearl barley, you need 1-2 medium bulbs, carrots and champignons.
- Step 2 Rinse the rump thoroughly under running water, put it in a saucepan and pour 2.5 glasses of cold water, adding a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates.
- Step 3 Mushrooms are washed and cut large.
- Step 4 Vegetables cleaned, grate carrot on a large grater, and chop the onions finely.
- Step 5 Preheat the frying pan, add 1 tbsp. l. Vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until ruddy.
