Hands carefully kneading stuffing, season with salt, pepper and Italian spices. We form forcemeat cutlets for burgers. We heat the frying pan a little bit of butter, fry the cutlets over medium heat until cooked. First 4-5 minutes on one side. Then another 2-3 minutes on the other side. Now we act quickly. Without removing the frying pan from the fire, put a slice of cheese (mozzarella or wire) and a little pepperoni sausage on a practically prepared cutlet. Next, put a little thinly sliced onions, mushrooms, olives and bell peppers. Lubricate the marinara sauce. On top put another slice of cheese. Cover the lid (or, like me, with another frying pan) and cook another 1 minute until the cheese melts. When the cheese melts beautifully, remove it from the heat. On both sides slightly fry burgers for a hamburger. Each bun is lightly greased with a sauce and sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. Buns are ready, the filling is ready - it remains only to fix the filling between the two rolls. The pizza burger is ready!
