- Olive oil - 4 teaspoons
- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Flour - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Dough for pizza - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 1 glass
- Garlic - 5 Zubchikov
- Italian seasoning - 1 1/2 Art. spoons
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Black pepper - 1 Pinch
- Portuguese hot sausage Chourico - 1/2 Pieces
- Red onions - 1/4 Pieces
- Rings of pepper - 1/4 Cups
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 piece
- Cheese Parmesan - 2 Art. spoons
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C). Lubricate the pizza dish with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Preheat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat; fry chicken in hot oil 5 - 10 minutes. Set aside. Sprinkle a smooth working surface with flour. Roll out the dough for pizza to fit the shape. Put the dough into the prepared form. Combine the tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and mix in a small bowl; evenly spread over the surface of the dough. Lay out in this order: chicken, sausage, red onion, pepper, pizza cheese and parmesan over the tomato mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave for another 5 minutes.
