In a deep bowl, combine yeast, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and water. Knead the dough. for the dough to be elastic, mix it for at least a couple of minutes. Then put the finished dough back in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough rises, divide it into 2 parts and hold it. Then roll the dough into a thin layer (the thickness should be slightly less than a centimeter), put it on a baking tray and grease it with olive oil. Then grease the dough with tomato paste or ketchup. If you have dried or fresh herbs, add them to tomato paste. Tuna with a fork and then evenly spread on the base. You can add red onion rings. It's time to use your imagination, because at this stage you can add anything you like. I love pizza with olives and fresh tomatoes. Mozzarella slightly wring out and then tear to pieces.
