Pizza with pineapple This pizza, contrary to its name, is of American origin, and is particularly popular in Australia, Canada and Sweden. Why was it called Hawaiian? It turns out that many Americans have a combination of sunny pineapple and favorite ham associated with paradise life on the islands. I think if they were eloquent Italians, they would call her Dolce vita, and so ... just Hawaiian. Even the most inveterate lovers of classics advise you to try this slightly piquant, but very pleasant combination of pineapples and ham, so beloved in other countries.
