Mix in a bowl of flour, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and salt. We mix it well. The consistency of the resulting dough should resemble lean sour cream. We put a pan on the middle fire, lightly oil it. Pour the dough into a frying pan, from the top immediately put the filling - grated cheese, sliced sausage, tomatoes, etc. The top layer should be cheese. If you want to prevent the pizza from getting dry, you can even cover the top layer with a mesh of mayonnaise. Cook for about 3 minutes without a lid, then reduce the fire to a slow, cover the frying pan with a lid and cook until the cheese melts. As soon as the cheese melts, the pizza is ready.
