- Dough - 1 piece (for one 12-inch pizza)
- shallots - 1 cup
- butter - 1 st. a spoon
- tomato sauce - 1/4 Cups
- Swiss cheese grated - 2 Cups
- beef tenderloin - 150 grams (thinly sliced)
- sauerkraut - 1 glass (without liquid)
Knead the dough into a large bowl. Roll out the 13 inch circle. Lay the base on a baking sheet, bake in the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes. Heat the frying pan and fry the onions in butter. Set aside. Lubricate the base for the pizza sauce. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese on top. Then put pieces of meat, fried onions, sauerkraut and a covering layer of grated Swiss cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
