- Vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Thai peanut sauce - 1 glass
- Green onions - 50 Grams
- Small lavashi - 4 pieces
- Cheese Prowolone - 4 Slices
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a large fire. Fry pieces of chicken in oil 6 - 7 minutes. Do not overcook! Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C). Assemble pizza: each lavash grease 1/4 of a spoonful of peanut sauce. Lay out for each pita 1/4 toasted chicken and 1/4 of the chopped onion. On top of each "pizza" put one slice of cheese. Put the pizza on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted and frothed. Remove from the oven. Let stand for 1-2 minutes on the baking sheet. Cut and serve pizza warm.
