Pork in sweet and sour sauce
- 800 g pork ham
- 0.25 cups of peeled almonds
- 250 g canned pineapple slices
- 1 sweet green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 4 tbsp. l. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.25 cups of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l. ketchup
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- salt pepper
Fry almonds in a dry, heated frying pan, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Knife in a large crumb. Pork is washed, dried and cut into cubes with a side of 2.5 cm. Peel onion and garlic and grind. Pepper is washed and cut into squares with a side of 2 cm, removing the core. Wash the spring onion and cut into pieces 2 cm long. Pineapple discarded on a sieve, preserving the juice. Mix in a bowl of 2 tbsp. l. starch with 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Put the pieces of pork and mix thoroughly. In another bowl, mix the pineapple juice with the remaining starch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and ketchup. Beat with whisk until uniform. Preheat the vegetable oil in the saucepan and fry the pork, stirring frequently, 4 minutes. Add the onions, garlic and ginger. Cook 1 min. Put pieces of pineapple and green pepper, cook for 3 minutes. Pour the sauce, bring to a boil and cook for another 1 min. Sprinkle the meat with almonds and spring onions. Immediately submit to the table with boiled rice.
Stew of chicken liver
- 250 g of chicken liver
- 4 small potatoes
- 200 g fat bacon
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp. l. butter
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp. condiments
- salt

Wash the liver, cut it in half, remove fat and ducts. Season with salt. Cut the lard into small pieces. Onion peel and grind. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin mugs and put them in a bowl with water. Wash the parsley, dry it and chop it. Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan; l. oil and on high heat fry the liver, once turning over, 3 minutes. Add lard and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 min. In a separate frying pan, fry the onion in the remaining oil, 5 minutes. In the baking dish, put a liver with bacon, then a layer of fried onions. Sprinkle with parsley. Peel the potatoes in a colander, shake them sharply, dry them with paper towels. Spread the potato mugs on top of the stew so that the surface is completely covered. Salt and sprinkle with the seasoning "Garlic Pepper". Pour the potatoes with the juice from the frying pan, where the liver was fried with bacon. Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven for 200 ° C for 35 minutes. For 10 minutes. until ready to remove the foil.
Orange drink
- 4 large oranges
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- about 2 cm cinnamon sticks
- 3 carnations
- pinch of grated nutmeg
Cooking:
